Third Temple Birth Pains
What comes next after the war between Israel, Iran, and the United States?
A month before October 7th, the Lord began stirring my heart about a shaking that was about to come upon Israel—a shaking that would ultimately lead to agreements surrounding the rebuilding of the Temple (you can read my “Prophetic Hamas Attack Dream”.
The burden was so strong that throughout the entire month of September my body experienced a strange pain that I can only describe as birth pains. I did not fully understand it at the time.
Then, a month later, October 7th happened.
Shortly after that, at 42 years old, I became pregnant with our third child.
During my pregnancy, I sensed the Lord speaking to me that this unexpected pregnancy at my age was itself a sign and a wonder carrying a message connected to Israel. He reminded me of a word He had given me years ago from Book of Isaiah 8:18:
“Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, who dwells in Mount Zion.”
Because of this, I believe the current conflict is the final push of the birth pains—the labor that will give way to one of the greatest prophetic fulfillments of the end times: the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem.
I also believe the Lord will raise unexpected leaders to play a role in this moment, just as He did in the days of Cyrus the Great, the Persian king who helped Israel rebuild the Temple.
Scripture says in Book of Isaiah 44:24–28:
“Keep these matters in mind, Jacob,
for you, Israel, are my servant.
I formed you; you are my servant;
Israel, do not forget me.
Like a thick cloud I wipe away your offenses,
like a cloud your sins.
Return to me, for I have redeemed you.
I confirm the word of my servants
and fulfill the predictions of my messengers.
I say of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be inhabited,’
and of the towns of Judah, ‘They shall be rebuilt.’
I say of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd,
and he will accomplish all that I please;
he will say of Jerusalem, “Let it be rebuilt,”
and of the temple, “Let its foundations be laid.”’”
God has always used unlikely moments, unlikely people, and unexpected signs to move His redemptive plan forward.
The shaking we are witnessing may not simply be about war.
It may be the labor pains before the birth of something prophetic for Israel.
